Flutter, crawl or creep your way to Victoria Butterfly Gardens for a family-friendly Halloween celebration in the jungle!

About this event

Come dressed in costume and explore the Gardens decked out for Halloween. Enjoy complimentary face painting, discover fascinating insects at our Spooktacular Species keeper table and enter to win a Halloween prize package valued at $175.

Trick-or-Treat

The first 100 children in costume to complete the scavenger hunt will receive a full-sized chocolate bar! Mini candies will be available for the remainder of the day - while supplies last.

Face Painting

Available on a first-come, first-served basis with a suggested donation of non-perishable goods or $5-$10 donation in support of our community partner, Rainbow Kitchen.

Spooktacular Species

Take a closer look at some of the jungle's most misunderstood creatures! Visit our keeper-hosted discovery table in the gardens.
